We were very satisfied with their service. They did what we asked and cleaned and hauled away the items cut. We planned to call Eric again in September. However, two days after, we noticed a window glass that was broken. I did hear a loud crack as I was sitting on the front patio...thought a cut tree limb had fallen on the roof. One worker was using a long pole to cut dead limbs. Nothing was said, and when we called to ask Eric to find out about it, he did not know what happened. Said he would ask his crew...and never called us back. So, we decided not to use Eric in September... just a matter of trust.
